COWBOY COOKOUTS has been catering large groups visiting Escalante for the past 20 years. Escalante is the perfect half-way point for folks traveling between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capital Reef National Park on Utah’s famous HWY12. Stop for a Dutch oven luncheon or take out sack lunches if just passing through. And our Dutch oven dinners are a great way to spend an evening in Escalante. Our clients include Tours of Buses, ATV’s, Motorcycles, Bicycles, etc.
How Does it Work?
We request a 72 hour notice for group meal reservations. See our Sample Menus Page for Lunch Buffet, To Go Sack Lunch, and Dinner & Events Buffet. Vegetarian/Vegan options upon request. Prices listed below (see our Sample Menus) are for groups of 24 or more. Prices are Per Person. Tax and Gratuities not included. Guests may select One menu item per Event/Group. Private groups may provide their own adult beverages.

We are fortunate to have two locations to choose from for our catered events. The outdoor patio surrounded by our 100-year-old fruit trees is perfect for late Spring and early Fall gatherings. And the historic Escalante Showhouse is a year-round option as it will beat the heat of Summer and the cold of Fall and Winter.
